How it works at our bench

Prescription & needs conversation
If you don't have an MD's prescription, we refer you to our partner ophthalmologist. Then we listen to your daily habits — screen time, driving, hobbies.

Frame trial
We pick 4–6 frames matched to your face shape, bridge width, and prescription. No rush in front of the mirror.
- 03
Digital PD & segment measurement
Pupillary distance, segment height, pantoscopic and wrap angles measured digitally. On progressives, a 0.5 mm difference decides whether the lens works correctly.
- 04
Lens order & assembly
Lenses produced to your measurement and assembled into the frame in our workshop. 3–5 business days for single vision, 5–7 for progressives.
- 05
Hand-over, fine adjustment, follow-up
After hand-over we fine-tune nose pads, temple bend, and fit. If anything bothers you in the first 14 days, come back — adjustments are on us.
Prescription glasses — common questions
- How long until my prescription glasses are ready?
- 3–5 business days for single vision; 5–7 for progressives or high-index (1.67/1.74) lenses. Tell us about urgent travel or holidays — we'll request expedited shipping from the supplier.
- SGK contribution or out-of-pocket?
- The SGK co-payment varies by frame and lens type; we lay out the cost transparently and walk you through the options. Any premium lens or frame difference is explained to the kuruş.
- Can you fit new lenses to my old frame?
- If the frame is sound and the lens groove fits, yes, we can fit new lenses. We inspect the frame first; if hinges are tired or there's a crack, we'll tell you honestly.
