Toric lenses for people with astigmatism of 0.75 and above. We measure carefully so the lens holds its axis.

Multifocal (progressive) lenses for the 40+ age group starting to struggle with near vision. Clear sight at both near and distance.

Prescription or plano (zero power) colour lenses. Only from official distributors, FDA/CE-certified; never from the bazaar.

Your first contact lens trial
- 01
Prescription check
Your glasses prescription isn't directly usable for contacts — a separate lens prescription is needed. If you don't have one, we refer you to our partner ophthalmologist.

Lens trial
We insert a trial lens at your prescription under optician supervision. We wait 15 minutes and check clarity, comfort, and movement.

Insertion and removal training
We try it together, patiently. Difficulty on the first try is normal; most people get it in 10–15 minutes. There's no rush.

Hygiene guide
Hand washing, solution, case replacement, water contact, make-up sequence, removing before sleep — we send a written checklist home with you.

Follow-up and ordering
Check-in at the end of the first week; if there's any discomfort we change brand or base curve. Once you're comfortable, you can reorder via WhatsApp.
Contact lenses — common questions
- I have dry eyes — can I wear contacts?
- Usually yes. For dry eyes, silicone hydrogel lenses (Acuvue Oasys, Air Optix) have high oxygen permeability and dry less. We recommend an ophthalmologist check first.
- Does a monthly lens expire after 30 days or 30 uses?
- 30 days after opening, whether you wear them or not. Even sitting in solution, a lens accumulates biofilm after 30 days — don't push past the date.
- Can I rinse them with water?
- Never. The Acanthamoeba parasite in tap water can cause severe corneal infection. Use only contact lens solution; do not shower in your lenses.
